On December 22-24, 2019, we gladly received the team of the Federal project Gastronomic Map of Russia.
Experts tested the "Pskov breakfast" and "Pskov meal", consisting of traditional dishes from the Pskov region prepared by our Chef Andrey Lebedev. We thank the project team and personally Maria Bulatova for immersion in the gastronomic history of the Pskov land. Video: @gastromaprussia
