Awarding of the participants of the "Tastes of Russia" competition - Completed 31.01.2022
December 22, 2021 in the Administration of the Pskov region, a ceremonial presentation of diplomas to the participants of the second national competition of regional food brands "Tastes of Russia", organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, took place.
One of the brands that presented the Pskov region in the competition was the Pskov kokory, traditional bread cakes, which are served for breakfast at our hotel.
We would like to express our deep gratitude to the Committee on Agriculture and GTN of the Pskov Region, the ANO “Center of Competence in the Sphere of Agricultural Cooperation and Support of Farmers” of the Pskov Region and the regional coordinator of the federal project “Gastronomic Map of Russia” Maria Bulatova for supporting the application and the opportunity to present the local specialty “Pskov Kokory" for the whole country.
