On September 11, in the village of Samolva, Gdovsky district, on the shore of Lake Peipsi, the opening of the memorial complex "Prince Alexander Nevsky with a retinue" took place.
The erection of the monument is timed to coincide with the 800th anniversary of the birth of Prince Alexander Nevsky.
