The building of the Pskov Drama Theater was erected in 1898 in the Art Nouveau style and is currently of great value as a historical and architectural monument. In 2011, the reconstruction of the building began, the main restoration work of which was completed in 2014: the foundation was strengthened and the facades were restored in the form that they had at the beginning of the 20th century.

On the ledges in the foyer of the theater, on the stairs, in the corridors, stucco decorations were restored. The building was equipped with new sound and lighting equipment.
