The start of the procession of the Hanseatic delegations will begin at the intersection of Oktyabrsky Avenue and Kuznetskaya Street. The columns will move along Oktyabrsky Avenue to Lenin Square, accompanied by brass bands, foreign and Russian artistic groups, and costume groups in historical medieval costumes.

Each city will bring their flags and official paraphernalia.

Choir celebration

The opening ceremony is one of the important components of the protocol and cultural bloc of the Hanseatic festival. In accordance with the traditions, the receiving party has two tasks: to show national traditions and to present all this in a spectacular way.

The central idea of ​​the ceremony will be the theme of music and its unifying beginning. World-class Russian choirs will present works of world and Russian classics, Russian folk compositions accompanied by dance and theater performances.

The choral festival will open on the main stage with a joint choir (the approximate number of participants is 1000 people). Further choirs will work according to the schedule of scenic platforms and areas of the presentation and craft markets.
